Took a walk down memory lane,Amazed by the experiences this soul has gained,
No out there to fathom this pain,
For I'm the only one to carry the blame.
Came to realise your love's a play,
Just a price this soul has to pay,
Tried real hard to take all in my stride,
But why had I been taken for a ride?
Loved you with all my heart,
And you said we'll never be apart,
Never knew your love was fake,
Now its too much for my heart to take.
My mind is in a turmoil,
This love between us is about to fail,
Can't choose between what is real,
Is this why I was born a girl?
My 1st time coming up with something like this. I have taken a liking into writing poems! Let's see how it goes from now on :)
